YD3, an innovative platform focused on helping student-athletes find success within Division III (D3) schools, faced a key challenge: shifting perceptions of D3 from being seen as a lesser alternative to Division I (D1). While D1 is often associated with professional sports aspirations, D3 offers a more balanced collegiate experience, integrating competitive athletics with academic and personal growth. YD3 needed a compelling brand positioning and identity to communicate this unique value to prospective students, parents, and coaches, while also promoting the long-term benefits of D3 programs.
